The Center of Legal Assistance for Women in the 12-month period of 2013/2014 performed trial monitoring of criminal proceedings in cases of sexual and gender-based violence. Of 227 monitored cases largest number of sanctions was in form of suspended sentences, 101 of them (65%). It’s not recorded a single case in which the protective measure was imposed.
