The Center of Women’s Rights, in cooperation with the Zenica-Doboj Canton Prosecutor’s Office, continued the training of its staff on the topic “Gender (In)Equality – Prejudices and Stereotypes.” Gender (in)equality concerns everyone. For this reason, the seminar covered topics such as perceptions of gender equality, the social manifestations of gender and sex, and understanding the impact of prejudice and stereotypes on decision-making and interpersonal relationships.
During the second day of the seminar, discussions focused on issues such as power and control dynamics, equal access to justice, available institutional and non-institutional protection and support mechanisms for women survivors of violence, the role of a trusted support person, and the 4P Network.
We would like to thank the participants for their trust and confidence, and we remain committed to continuing this important work.
