In the period 27-28. January 2022, the first this year’s regular meeting of Multisectoral Working Group was held. Practitioners and experts gathered through the group’s work discussed the ongoing processes of reforms of the legislative framework, with a focus on protecting the rights of women victims of gender-based violence. In their work, the members relied on the findings and recommendations of the trial monitoring of cases of sexual and gender-based violence, as well as information obtained in the work and in contact with victims of violence. Such insights and reviews are necessary for further work aimed at advocating for a better position and improving access to justice for women in BiH.
