The presentation of a national report for Kosovo, resulting from a regional study of obstacles and gaps in the system of protecting women survivors of violence, is ongoing. Representatives of Kosovo institutions are participants of today’s roundtable “Good practices, obstacles and deficiencies in the system of protection of women and girls from violence – the situation in Kosovo”. This is a unique opportunity to discuss research findings together and create recommendations for more effective prevention, protection and prosecution of violence against women.
The research was carried out within the framework of the EU-UN Women Regional Program to Stop Violence Against Women in the Western Balkans and Turkey – “Implementing Norms, Changing Minds” 2017-2020.
