Recorded an increase in requests for free legal aid

For 12 months of 2014 1447 women directly received free legal aid, exercised their right to access to justice, and were informed about their rights. Protection and realization of rights in the field of family law remains a requirement No. 1. The increase in applications for divorce can be interpreted as an indicator of instability of maintaining common life due to the impact of unemployment, lack of employment opportunities, economic dependence of women on her husband, alcoholism, violent behavior. Almost every other client in their life experienced some form of violence – physical, psychological, sexual, economic, violence in which exercise were used modern technologies and equipment. According to the database, there was an increase in the number of cases related to mobbing. Excerpt from the report can be find here.
