In 2011, with the support of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the Center was part of the project “Strengthening Prosecutorial Capacities in the Criminal Justice System”. The Center implemented the project “Homogenization of community actors in order to achieve a more effective, transparent and accountable prosecutorial system”.
Criminal investigations were investigated by inspecting the archived cases for the criminal offenses of Murder, Rape, Indecent acts and Domestic Violence for the period from 2005 to 2012. Based on the analysis of the data obtained through the monitoring of criminal investigations, an Analytical report has been prepared with conclusions for achieving a more effective, transparent and accountable prosecutorial system, the summary of which can be viewed here, available only in local BHS languages.
