Today, a public presentation and a round table were held in Sarajevo on the topic of the only case of non-pecuniary damages awarded in the criminal procedure for the victim of trafficking in human beings. Identifying and recognizing the problem, connecting actors in the protection system, joint cooperation and our legal assistance were the key so that the victim of trafficking exercised this right. This case opens up the path to change approach and case law in order for survivors to achieve what it defines as “Access to Justice.” Organizing this expert debate was supported by the Trag Foundation through the Network ring.ba
